Drink Plenty of Water

We recommend to consume plenty of water after your Cryo Slimming treatment.

Ideally, you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces every day.

This will help hydrate the fat cells, detoxify the fat cells, and allow the fat cells to be a useable source of energy.

We provide alkaline water with our Cryo Slimming treatments as it is more hydrating than normal water as the body is more easily able to asorb the water on a cellular level.

This better absorption results in more efficient detoxification on a cellular level which helps the fat become a more usable source of energy for the body helping promote fat loss.

Stay Well Hydrated

This is not a diet - you eat what you normally eat in a day (assuming you are eating relatively healthy), you just restrict your feeding window in which you are consuming your daily caloric intake.

There are many variations of intermittent fasting. We recommend a 16 hour fast and an 8 hour feeding window (for men you can also try a 18 hour fast and a 6 hour feeding window). We recommend doing intermittent fasting at least 5-6 days per week.

While fasting, you can still consume water and caffeine (such as tea or black coffee), you just don't want to consume calories or sugar. Then when you get to your "feeding" window, that is when you consume your normal daily caloric intake.

In addition to helping your body increase lean muscle and burn fat, intermittent fasting also promotes increased cognitive function, cellular regeneration, healing, longevity, reduces inflammation and has many other benefits as well.
